# 1017 Mack 7-Year International Extended Warranty MC1017 - 7 Year Service Contract Begins AFTER Manufacturer Warranty Expires New Units OR Original Manufacturer Certified Remanfactured ! Must Have MINIMUM Manufacturer's Warranty of 90 Days ! LENS EQUIPMENT ! International Extended Warranty PURCHASE PRICE= Under $1,000.00 USD Summary of coverage Professional Equipment Covered - - Allowed ! Transferable Service Contract Covers Manufacturer's Defects Only on Registered Equipment The 35mm / Pro Lens or Digital Lens registered is guaranteed to operate according to manufacturer’s specifications for a period of 3 additional years from the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty or we shall repair same to operate properly. This service contract must be purchased within thirty (30) business days from the date the equipment hereunder is purchased. You must register this warranty within thirty (30) days with Mack Camera by visiting us at our website www.mackcam.com or by calling us toll free at 1-800-252-MACK (6225) or 973-467-2291. In the event that this equipment requires any repair or service you must visit www.mackcam.com and arrange for service to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and current shipping charges. If you have any questions please visit us at www.mackcam.com or call toll free 1-800-252-MACK. For international inquiries please e-mail us at international@mackcam.com. Mack Camera & Video Service Inc. is not responsible for international shipping and for any fees associated with Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees upon Customs clearance. The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor for manufacturer’s defects). NOTE :Such service, repair, adjustment of the equipment is assured the registered contract holder, provided the equipment has not been tampered with, modified, damaged as a result of liquid, sand, grit, impact and physically broken parts. You may transfer ownership of this contract to another person for a $20.00 administrative fee. Mack Camera & Video Service reserves the right to terminate service contracts if invoices are not paid within terms or are fraudulently altered by the dealers or service contract holders. NOTE :This Limited Service Contract applies only to the product specified herein. It does not cover lens caps, rear caps, filters and additional accessories or other expenses of consequential damages. Mack Camera & Video Service will not be liable for loss of revenues or profits, inconvenience, expense of substitute equipment, loss of incidental or consequential damages. If the unit cannot be repaired by Mack Camera or the Manufacturer for manufacturer’s defects, replacement will be made with the same or equivalent model based on the contracted unit current market value at our discretion. This service contract is not an insurance policy or a warranty. This service contract is only valid if positive identification of the unit covered hereunder is presented at time of service. This service contract only applies to the product(s) specified herein. Professional Coverage This Service Contract is designed for individuals who use high end equipment for business or recreation. Your Mack Camera Extended Service Contract covers manufacturer defects that can result in the loss of operation to your equipment. The Mack Camera Extended Service Contract will cover parts and labor for the life of the Extended Service Contract plan at no additional charge to you, truly making this Extended Service Contract a smart investment for your equipment. Professional coverage also provides you with expedited repair service. Please remember, this Service Contract does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations.
