International Extended Warranty PURCHASE PRICE (taxes not allowed) = Under $ 1,000.00 USD Summary of Coverage : Local Service Transferable @ $ 20.00 Fee Service Contract Covers Manufacturer's Defects Only on Registered Equipment Service Contract Will Cover Only Manufacturer Defects on LCD Screens The Computer Equipment registered is guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer’s specifications for a period of 3 additional years from the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty or we shall repair same to operate properly. This service contract must be purchased within thirty (30) days of the date the equipment hereunder is purchased. You must register this service contract within thirty (30) days with Mack Camera by visiting us at our website www.mackcam.com or by calling us toll free at 1-800-252-MACK (6225) or 973-467-2291. In the event that this equipment requires any repair or service you must visit www.mackcam.com and arrange for service to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and current shipping charges. If you have questions please visit us at www.mackcam.com or call Toll Free 800-252-MACK. For international inquiries please e-mail us at international@mackcam.com. Mack Camera & Video Service Inc. is not responsible for international shipping and for any fees associated with Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees upon Customs clearance. Your equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor). This limited service contract applies only the product(s) specified herein. Such service, repair or adjustment of the equipment is assured the original purchaser only and related only to the components named and serial numbers recorded on original service contract. This service contract applies only if the equipment has not been misused, cracked, tampered with, cosmetically damaged, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Service contract does not extend to installation or adjustment at the user’s location, and it does not include non original manufacturer specification RAM, AC adapters, external hard drives, all batteries, any software programs, or sensitive information data on your system and other accessories. Mack Camera & Video Service is not responsible for software, including the operating system, third-party software, or reloading of software. (A fee will be applied for systems that require operating system restoration.) Unit must have a minimum of 90 day manufacturing warranty. This limited service contract is transferable for a $20.00 administrative fee. If the equipment cannot be repaired by Mack Camera or the manufacturer, Mack will replace the unit with the same or fair market value equivalent model at our discretion. Mack Camera and Video Service will not be liable for loss of revenues or profits, inconvenience, expense of substitute equipment, loss of incidental or consequential damages. Mack Camera and Video Service has the right to terminate service contract contracts if invoices are not paid within terms or are fraudulently altered by the dealer or service contract holder. This service contract applies only to the product specified herein. Standard Coverage : Your Mack Camera Extended Service Contract covers manufacturer defects that can result in the loss of operation to your equipment. The Mack Camera Extended Service Contract will cover parts and labor for the life of the Extended Service Contract plan at no additional charge to you, truly making this Extended Service Contract a smart investment for your equipment. Please remember, this Service Contract does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations.
